Introduction
SARBAX is currently operated by its founder, Bauyrzhan Syrymbetov. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the SARBAX platform.
Information we collect
We may collect:
- Name or display name
- Email address and authentication information required to create and secure your account
- Startup profile information you choose to publish
- Contact requests and messages you choose to send
- Basic technical and usage information necessary to operate and secure the service
Public startup information
Information submitted to a published startup profile may be publicly visible and may be indexed by search engines.
Account email addresses are not displayed publicly unless a user intentionally includes contact information in public content.
Users should not publish confidential, sensitive or proprietary information in public startup profiles.
Contact requests
When a user contacts a startup through SARBAX, the information submitted in that request is shared with the relevant startup owner so they can respond.
Contact requests are not intended to be publicly visible.
How we use information
We may use information to:
- Provide and operate SARBAX
- Maintain accounts and startup profiles
- Deliver contact requests
- Protect the platform from abuse and security threats
- Improve the product and user experience
- Respond to support, privacy and legal requests
Data sharing
SARBAX does not sell users' personal information.
Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the platform, such as hosting, database, authentication and infrastructure providers.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect users, the platform or legal rights.
Data security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect user information.
However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials.

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the platform.

Users can edit or delete their startup listings through the Dashboard.

SARBAX is intended to be an international platform.
Information may therefore be processed or stored in countries different from the user's country of residence, subject to the infrastructure providers used by the platform and applicable legal requirements.
Children
SARBAX is not intended for children under 18.
