These Terms govern access to and use of SARBAX.

SARBAX is currently a beta startup discovery and collaboration platform operated by its founder, Bauyrzhan Syrymbetov.

By creating an account or using SARBAX, users agree to these Terms.

1. Beta service

SARBAX is currently in beta.

Features may change, be added, removed or temporarily become unavailable while the platform is being developed.

2. Purpose of SARBAX

SARBAX is a discovery and connection platform.

SARBAX is not a party to agreements, partnerships, investments, employment arrangements or other transactions between users.

SARBAX does not guarantee that any introduction will result in a partnership, investment, employment relationship, transaction or other business outcome.

3. User accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information
  • Maintaining the security of their credentials
  • Activities performed through their accounts
  • Keeping relevant information reasonably current

Users must not impersonate another person or organization.

4. Startup profiles

Users must provide accurate information and must have the right to represent any startup they publish.

Users must not knowingly publish:

  • False or misleading information
  • Confidential information they are not authorized to disclose
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Fraudulent investment opportunities
  • Illegal content
  • Spam or malicious content

SARBAX may review, restrict or remove listings that violate these Terms or create security, legal or abuse risks.

5. User connections

SARBAX facilitates introductions but is not a party to agreements or transactions between users.

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into partnerships, investments, employment relationships, purchases or other arrangements.

6. Investment disclaimer

SARBAX does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice.

A startup listing or user connection is not an endorsement, recommendation or investment solicitation by SARBAX.

Users are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice where necessary.

7. Acceptable use

Users must not:

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
  • Publish fraudulent or misleading listings
  • Harass others
  • Impersonate another person or organization
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
  • Scrape or harvest personal information in violation of applicable law or platform restrictions
  • Send abusive or excessive unsolicited messages
  • Circumvent security or anti-spam protections
  • Upload malicious software
  • Use SARBAX for fraud or illegal activity

SARBAX may restrict or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms or create security, legal or abuse risks.

8. Intellectual property

Users retain ownership of content they submit.

By publishing content on SARBAX, users grant SARBAX the limited permission necessary to host, display and process that content for operation of the platform.

Users must not publish content they do not have the right to use.

SARBAX branding, interface and original platform materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Availability

SARBAX does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

SARBAX does not verify every claim made in startup listings.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SARBAX does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability or legitimacy of information submitted by users or startup profiles.

Users should independently evaluate people, companies and opportunities discovered through the platform.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SARBAX and its operator will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from user interactions, business decisions or reliance on information published by other users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Suspension and termination

SARBAX may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, violations of these Terms or legal requirements.

Users may stop using SARBAX at any time.

13. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated as the beta service evolves.

Material updates should be reflected by changing the "Last updated" date.
